Default Parts for my 5th gen "Uhkord"

What's up folks, I have a few questions about some parts I found for some good prices. Just want to know if anyone has had any experience with them and what you have to say about them. I found some cross drilled and slotted front brake rotors for $70.00, they are made by Super High Technology, this price is for the pair. I also found some progressive rate lowering springs made by Toms X'dynamic, they lower the car 1.5" up front, 1.75" out back and cost $98.00. Also, a front strut tower bar made by RS Version for $25.00. I've never heard of Toms springs, SuperHigh Technology rotors or RS Version strut bars, have you? You can find this stuff at www.rsversion.com. On my Accord, I rear ended someone due to glazed rotors up front so I want to fix that problem before I get it back on the road, thing I should get these rotors? And the springs, I really wanted some Neuspeed Sports, but im not sure how much they are, think these would be a decent substitue?

Oh yeah, they have Type S tails for 5th gen Accords for 88 bucks a pair.

ooh ... that strut bar looks really really generic. after a few months, i bet it'd snap on you. you could find identical bars on ebay for a few dollars less.

i usually buy from quality manufacturers, and products ive heard are good. that way you dont end up spending more money replacing the crappy products with good ones. The only man. ive heard of is Toms out of japan, and im not sure if thats the same brand youre speaking of. for rotors i would stick with aem, brembo, or wilwood among others.

As far as rotors go you can get AEM big brake kit.
I like the Neuspeed bar, but its a bit pricey. Springs, I think I will get the Neuspeed sports like I really want, and im not getting the AEM big brake kit, im only gonna have stock ex alloys on my car and even if I did get some 18's, still too much cash for that kit. I just want something that's a little bit better than stock since im gonna have to replace them.

Why do you need new rotors? You can add some steel brake lines to make your brake pedal feel firmer.
120 isnt too bad, i might have to give that some more thought. As far as the rotors, I was noticing some pulsating of the brake pedal so I took it to a brake shop and they said the rotors were glazed and worn to the point that they wouldn't re surface them for safety reasons. They said I still had enough material though to last until I was able to save for new rotors, pads, etc. About 2 months later I rear ended a chevy truck on the freeway. Everyone slammed on the brakes due to an accident ahead of us but I couldn't slow down in time so I smacked him. Messed up my hood, radiator support, air intake box, passenger side headlight, bumper and passenger side fender. So I want to get the brakes done before I take it back out on the road, I found a package at landspeed.com for $189.99 that includes 2 powerslot rotors and 2 sets of brake pads. Think that is better stuff than the rotors I listed in my earlier post?

Brembo's own in the brake department. Also Crossdrilled have been known to break and are more showy. I think you should go with either blanks or slotted rotors. And I talked to a guy about this and he said really if you want better stopping power just upgrade the calipers and pads and you'll have a good difference.
