anyone in here know how to take out the sun roof? i just bought a used sunroof and i want to install it? anyone have or know step by step instructions?

The rear of my sunroof on my 91crxsi quit lifting up when you try to open it. If i push up on it, while mashing the button, it will open. I'm still trying to figure out what part/parts broke or need to be replaced.
