well iv been away from here for a long time,,since i sold my 96 GSR,,and 94 hatch
now im just down to my 90 SI hatch,,which is now silverstone metallic,,and looks pretty good now,,but i need a swap

i was thinkin GSR swap,,but could anyone tell me what swap would b the best for my daily driver??
some local shops said a b20 swap would b better
but i dont know much about it,,and what it contains
could u comment on it??

also ,,i would like to know some qtr mile times for each swap
and about how much it will cost

I'd get a b18c5. Because it would be pretty practical for daily driving and also very fast. It also allows your to have the option to drag race, or do auto x/road racing. It would be very quick in your light hatch.

 

a b18c5 would be tight if you could afford it, but a b16 would set you up pretty well. I had one in my 5th gen and it ran low 15's at about 4k above sea level. I am rebuilding it now. hopefully I will get to the 13's.

 

i would like a swap that will get me low 14's or faster,,id prob spend about 5000$$ or so,
but i really dont want to turbo it,,since its gonna b a daily driver for a year or so,,,

does anyone have a GSR swap in a ef??if so what times are your runnin with what mods,
or comment on what swap u have and what your runnin
