Does anyone know how much gas is left in the tank after the gas light lights up? And where can I find that info. I checked the manual and could not find it.

 

It really depends, and I don't think there is a definite way to tell. Because depending on if your vehicle is pointing uphill or downhill, and each sensor might be different than each other. The best thing to do is test it for yourself. Just look at the needle. If it touches empty, go get gas. I never let the gas light bother me.

 

The light comes on when there are 3 gallons left in the tank.

 

I looked all over the manual and there is no mention of it. Where did you read it?
