drake -

article in rolling stone on him, it's long.
http://www.rollingstone.com/news/sto...assi_to_hiphop

i love this dude, no homo.

you can download his latest mixtape, so far gone at
http://2dopeboyz.okayplayer.com/2009...-gone-mixtape/

so far gone has a lot of singing on it, but it's pretty good. there are two mixtapes that were released before that (one with southern smoke) that show his rapping side more than his singing.

good example of his singing / rapping (2:35 )

my favorite song of his

ghostface -

his next album is going to be completely r&b
http://www.unkut.com/2009/06/ghostfa...s-straight-rb/

he compares songs to ice cream

this was in the article too

i think it's a good move.

big sean -

he's with good music (kanye, common, talib, all them). he seems really positive, just like drake.

both his mixtapes are on http://uknowbigsean.com/

kid cudi -

can't get over this song

edit: what ya'll listenin' to?

a-yo is nice. city lights is also nice, but the album is really short and isn't that great.

i was flipping through my cd book yesterday and saw pro-tools, didn't put it in though

az came out with legendary this past tuesday, i've been listening to that all week, but gave it to the dish washers last night, so i went back to my old mix of mobb deep, the firm, nas, outkast, cormega and cnn, three songs of each

Redmans new album is ok but not his best by far.
Kid Cudi is ok but I think his freestyle is way better than his studio work.

The rest posted are hot garbage IMO.

az's album is nice as usual. last one i really paid attention to and loved was a.w.o.l. missed the two inbetween that legendary. have 'em, but didn't really listen to them i'll have to get them out.

blackout 2 is like blackout, short and alright

i have the rick ross album, haven't listened to it though.

Gone wild, blackout 2 was decent but not as good as GW or Malpractice

I have heard probably 15 or more Cudi freestyles so not sure where you are looking.
