The truly amazing thing is that somebody at some point thought to themselves, "Yeah a tiger painted across the car is really going to turn some heads."
Then they had to translate this idea to the airbrush artist who most likely had to charge extra for having to keep a straight face while listening to this "great idea" and knowing his name would be associated with this atrocity.
