You forgot the only one it could be.....driving an unregistered and uninsured car....probably getting into an accident with it...because you can't register or insure a 4 door nsx.

Don't they set bail before they release you? So he wouldn't be posting on HAN asking if it were for himself. Unless he already paid the bail amount, is out, and wants it back immediately.
