B16A2 Civic, wont start, I need some help!!!

Ok,your ecu doesn't matter that much for starting the car.As long as you have
Fuel
Fire
Compression
everything is grounded (harness at the starter,valve cover,tranny)
And your timing is set right it will turn over,sensors,ecu and all will make it run right.It is also possible that your battery is too low to fire strong enough.This info is not a guess the exact same thing happened to mine and other swaps that I have participated in.As long as you have the elements need to run it will run,now running good is another story.

I ran into this kind of problem on my friends B16a3 when we did a cam insall. It turned out the spark plug wires wherent in the right places. So make sure you have the right plug wire pluged into the right plug on the dist cap as well as to the right spark plug. the firing order on a B16a3 is 1-3-2-4.
