i havent seen it either, but it would be EXTRA clean if the side moldings/chrome stripping and anthing else on the car thats NOT the body color painted exactly the color of the bodoy color. I think it would ROCK ifsomenoe actually did this!! Even the rubber stripping painted the color of the body(if the body is black, then no need).

Since you asked, why dont u do it? I'm challenging you

aye, if i had the time and money i would get it done, or maybe just the money. I would get a body shop to paint the side moldings on my car or completely shave them and smooth it ouit. THEN i would have them paint my chrome trim green(my body color), and also my rear license plate chrome(96-97 models only).

Also you might start a trend ya know? Then u'll be RICE for doin it.

I think it would be...okay.

I don't agree with painting the chrome stripping, but I think painting the moldings or shaving them the fawk off, is a good idea :fawk: <-- just wanted to do that cuz I said fawk :naughty:

to my knowledge the 2001 accords (g6, right?) dont have side mouldings, but i think if the chrome was painted you wouldnt really have to have it color-matched, would u?

also, i personally have painted some chrome on my car, also the weatherstripping, and i just made sure to mask everything off.. the good thing about the stripping is that it's near glass, which doesn't really matter if u get overspray on, etc

i like the window chrome, its just a little and its pretty decent, it goes with the whole accord being more luxurious than civic theme, which it is... chrome on civic is
