i'd say that if you don't have proper tools and what not then 140 is a great price.

your basibly pullin your cam/gear to get to the seal there (meanint timing belt will be removed)

the crank seal is in the center of the oil pump so u'll be pulling the exhaust / dropping the oil pan / then pull in oil pump to do this correctly (obviously the crank pully bolt will have to be removed to do this, so be prepaired to have some breaking force).

You dont have to pull the oil pump to replace the front main seal. The best way to do it is to put a screw into the seal, and use a pair of sidecuts and put the seal out. And when you put the seal back in use a 3/8 extension to get it seated right(even with the face). The cam seal is about the same with the exception that you have pull the timing belt. i like to pull the oil pump for the front seal because i've seenn the spring pop out of them before and they end up leaking, it's nice to see that it's inserted correctly from both sides before you send a customer off with the "fixed" problem. Just how i do it i guess.

Be sure to take off the cam seal with out damaging the valve cover and the cams. If these get scored then you are in trouble.
