Default ECU applications?

does anyone have a listing on every type of honda/acura ECU and a list of what types/years of car that each of them will work with and fit into?

Here's a start:

Those are all OBD-I Honda ECMs that are compatible with Hondata. You generally don't see many modifications for OBD-II and up ECMs. Also, ECMs for similar engines will basically interchange, but you need to match the OBD generation of your car and/or harness. If you're trying to run an OBD-I ECM in an OBD-II car, you would need an adapter harness.

Issit possible and expensive to convert an OBD ? ? example OBG 2 to OBD 0 ? ? ? from what is know its like the earlier generate has less restriction on modding correct ? ? ? ? ?

You can rewire any car to any other sort of wiring if you really want to. That the earlier generations "restrict modding" in any way is mostly an urban myth. Generally the only reason to convert an OBD-2 car to OBD-1 is so you can run a Hondata or some other kind of chipped ECU.
