Default quad 1157 brake lights, how do I wire them up?

hi guys--
wiring issues here. I have an acura integra, and the brake lights utilize 1 1157 bulb each side (dual filiment 21/5w). I plan to add one more 1157 bulb on each side so that when I brake it is very bright. Fabrication is the easy part, I wont have trouble with it, but my issues deal with the wiring. How do I go about doing this so that the new bulbs will work as parking lights and brake lights as the original bulbs do? There are three wires that connect these bulbs: one is the brake, one is the parking light, and one is the ground. I'm probably going to have to use relays, yes? How do I go about doing this? Thanks for any help.

Well if there's enough power, I would just branch off the wires that are already there. Just splice in and make sure to wrap everything up with some good electrical tape or shrink tubes.

Unless you wish to be able to turn the 2nd-pair of lights on and off.

I would probably run the 2nd set off of a relay so that it gets the full 12V.
