problem after finished swap
I finally finished my swap, I have a 94 integra ls and put a factory b18b1 engine in it with 38,000 miles. Now the problem is it wont start. It turns over but will not start. I've checked for spark, wiring mistakes, and fuel. The only thing I can think of is maybe the injectors are clogged or something. I found the engine in a junk yard for $625. Could it maybe be the timing, but the timing belt has not been removed?
Thanks

engines are pretty simple.. you just need fuel, spark and some air and at least something will happen.
pull a spark plug out and smell inside the chamber after you try to crank the car for a bit.. does it smell like fuel? if so, then you have a spark problem. the plugs may be fouled enough that they wont spark.
timing is most likely a non issue, no junk yard would take a motor apart and reassemble it before selling it..

had a similar prob with a b16swap. had spark, fuel. turns out one of the parts in the distributer was messed up. I think it was the control mod. either way that is what it sounds like to me. if you have a honda distributer I would replace that one or at least some of the guts inside. ex coil, control mod.
