1999 Accord LX. When my wife got in her car last night, the dashboard light for the doors, battery, and brakes came on and stayed on. The doors were not ajar, the battery is new (13 months), the brake fluid was full. She drove the car home OK, it started OK this morning.

Your alternator is dying. Replace it before it leaves you stranded. Common problem on 6th generation Accords.

When all those lights come on, the message is clear. Stop the car open the doors and get out.

 

So what's wrong then? Is the car about to blow up? Sounds like a sensor or electrical problem.
