91 Accord sunroof relay location

I can't locate the sunroof relay on my 91 Accord. Service manual I found online says it's under the passenger seat, Hayes manual says driver's kickpanel fuseblock. Any Ideas?

sorry for digging up an old thread, but I need info on this, and I'm new. So, the relay for the pwr sunroof on a 1990 accord ex is behind the headliner? How do I get to it?
