hello, was sitting at a red light and a truck ran into the back of me

not an extensive amount of damage, but still about $2 grand to fix up

question, my breaks seem different and I seem to have some weird electical stuff happening now -- for example, it seems like my seat heater just turns on randomly now

could the wreck somehow cause either of these or is my car just getting old? (50k miles '05 Accord V6)

also, if the repair job is done properly should my car be worth any less than non-wrecked?
