Base model When does VTEC kick in?

I have an auto base model RSX. I just got it this weekend. I haven't gone over 4000rpm's. When does it kick in? Thanks

the base model does it in two stages and its not quite as noticeable as the s. i think the first stage is at 3800 and the real kick is at 5600? 5800? somewhere around there.
