Default Oh look I'm posting another poll about a daily driver

Ok so I had come real close to leasing a new Mazda 3s Grand Touring 5-door auto hatch whn a new thought popped in to my head.

To recap earlier choices I ruled out the VW GTI DSG because each time I drove one I liked the seats less and less. I ruled out the Saab 9-3 Aero SportCombi because even though I really like the car, it'd take an impossibly amazing lease deal to make it anything close to what I want to spend.

Now though I'm thinking I might buy a used Legacy 2.5GT Limited wagon. It fits in my garage (barely), has steering wheel buttons for its automatic, and is a reasonably quick comfortable cruiser. It'd suck down more gas than the Mazda and obvoiusly there'd be no warranty, but the payments would be similarly in my price range.

Take yer pick!

Buy the subie. That'll give you a lot more flexibility come 2 years when the lease would end, and the Legacy is a much more grown up car.
