Default Increasing stroke in my J32A2

I got a 2003 acura cl-s. What i'm looking to do is increase the stroke.

Crower's quoted me a price of $2500 to custom build me a new crankshaft and connecting rods. They said that they'll refer me to someone to custom make me new pistons. The thing is I'm not sure how much I should increase the stroke...What's reasonable? Should I keep compression the same? If I change compression while I have to change the valve timing?( I suspect that I will)

Let me know what you guys think. I'm willing to take one for the team and experiment with this project.
