I just found out everything is a go for my new house I'm really excited!:eek5r: Im going to sign papers on Friday for the home. This is my first home purchase and Im not really sure which companies to look into and what to look for. Will my age effect my rate, like a car? How much should I be expecting to pay? insurance basically depends on how much your house is worth.
