Mileage is 145K, transmission still shifts smoothly. A/C is ice cold and heater is very hot. Good on gas mileage. 4-Cylinder 2.2 VTEC H22 engine runs very strong and VTEC kicks in accurately. No known problems.

I added new alarm, replaced front struts/shocks and added coilovers since I've had it.

Looks pretty nice! Do you know anything about the timing belt and other maintenance? How are the tires? Non smoker? I am going to think on it, still a lot of miles.
