Default Read!!!! ECU Chip 15-20hp For 4.99?

Ok, i know that this is very weird, but if you go onto ebay im seeing a man selling an ECU chip upgrade for cars that adds 15-20hp, and is only 4.99. As i read it, i was totally skeptical, but i read his feedback and its positive...... Can someone fill me on on how this would be so cheap?

exactly.... if it were the real deal there would be no reason to even buy an intake, if 200-500 dollar performance mods make only slight differences, I am sure a 4.99dollar mod would not make any difference, you are sure its 4.99 and not 499 right? lol

And if you believe that, I have a nice bridge in Brooklyn to sell you.

4.99 sounds about right for a 15 cent resistor...............on Ebay

:squint: Probably not, since a resistor RESISTS voltage flow.
