I just installed a 2.3 l engine with a 1999 head and block, hook it all up and know it surges and when I apply the throttle it just bucks and chokes.
I changed over the upper intake thinking maybe a bad sensor from the new motor but I still just runs shitty. no codes and my timing marks r dead on, but funny thing here is I only have 15HG of vacuum ??????????????? has anyone ever ran into this problem, do i need to reset timing, re l;earn the pcm
