I'm sure this has probably been coverd before but i searched and didn't find too much. so here go's, i have a 95 ls in my teg and im taken it out this weekend for a complete overhaul while witer is still here and i have my subaru

Main reason for doing this is it is eating about a quart of oil every 3 weeks roughly, seals, rings something of the sort obviously. I'm not looking for redicilous hp and tq numbers from it but i do wanna do some kind of n/a build to it. Highten the compression stuff like that. I'm just wonderen everyones opinions on what i should upgrade and what i should use oem on the rebuild and possibly some sites where i could buy all of it.
