B18B1 in 91 integra

I cannot get my harmonic balancer bolt off. Is it backwards threaded? How much torque should I need? I have tried long breaker bars and impact wrenches. If you have done this before please let me know how. Thanks for reading.

3/4 inch impact rented from a rental place and then it pops right off.
