So yeah I am a dumbass but whatever, it was partly her fault cause she was riding in the bike lane going against traffic but still i feel real bad. She was ok and refused medical treatment at the scene. Some lady that was pulling out across the street came and got all up in our business and told the lady that she really needed to go to the hospital and i guess took her. The cop told me that he could give us both tickets but he wasn't going to he said that its a civil matter. The lady across the street was like trying to get my info then the cops rolled up the cop even said that the bystander lady should mind her own business. so yeah i am dumb for not looking the other way.
