do you know what an intercooler is?
with the wastegate placement on that manifold coupled with the crappy materials and welds equals a borken manifold. i wouldnt put my money on the turbo either.

I am the ebay King around my hood and I can tell you what they are saying is true... to an extent. 1. Those Kits are crap. 2. Those "Reinforced" turbo manifolds SUCK and WILL break quickly. 3. Those no-name turbos will develop bad seals around 12-13k miles of useage. I have a good background dealing with ebay and turbo kits. But all hope is not lost. You can build a turbo kit from ebay parts really cheap and make awesome power. I got my del sol with a D16z6 into the 13's with all ebay parts. It looked awesome, sounded sweet and I could afford the parts while attending school full time and only working delivering pizza on weekends. Have a plan in mind of how fast you care to go and how much you have to spend. I have a good understanding of turbos and Forced induction in general. (My friend from Boostlogic helped me in my learning curve)(If you dont know the name Boostlogic, just google "Worlds fastest Supra")
Ok, with that said. I would like to add my opinion; Putting down around 250-300hp is plenty for a novice racer since traction on a FWD SUCKS.
What you need for a basic turbo setup (Help me if I miss anything guys)
-Turbo (Turbine) ~$100-800 Depending on brand/trim
-Blow off valve (What you choose here is how the car will sound when shifting @ full boost) ~$50
-Wastegate (If not internal) (will be on the wastegate) ~$60-80
-Intercooler Pipe kit ~$90
-Intercooler ~$130-250
-Oil Lines ~$70 for oil feed/return lines
-Turbo Manifold ~$100-200+ (Go with a cast iron manifold)Revhard makes a great one
-Down Pipe (I have had a muffler shop make one after kit was mocked up on the engine)
-Tuning / Engine Management such as;
Greddy E-Manage <- Great
Hondata <- Best
UberData <- Free
CROME <- Free / Pro is about $150
Instead of paying around $100 for a FMU to manage fuel, I would recommend:
Willems EPROM burner ~$40
Download Uberdata $0.00 Free (Has tutorial to program basemaps for boost)
That is all for now, PM for more info if needed.
P.S Here is my old ebay setup:
