Default 2006 Honda Civic EX rear tire wear & noise

My 06 Civic EX is eating up tires in the rear on the inside edge. Independent shop checked 4 wheel alignment at 3,000 mi and now at 24,000. Alignment checked out fine both times. Although, putting a t-square shows it is definitely angling toward that inside edge. It causes noise and a vibration. I have read that there is a TSB for for this problem, but the TSB has been removed from the site I was sent to. The reference was: honda.com/Rjanisis/pubs/SB/A05-022.PDF">Honda Strut TSB, but it is gone.

Are you able to get the TSB for this problem? Thank you.

Default i have that very same problem now!

My 2006 Civic EX coupe is having the same problem. The noise is apparent only at speeds above 30 mph. It sounds to my like my tread area on the rear driver side tire has a small bulge in it. I thought it was due to the Bridgestone tires it comes standard with (about 12 years ago I had similar problems with Bridgestone tires and have stayed exclusively with Michelin tires ever since then). What is a tsb? Trouble Report Bulletin?
