DC Sports 1 piece ceramic header install question

Default DC Sports 1 piece ceramic header install question

I have a 94 GSR with a thick fluidine radiator. Do I have to remove the radiator in order to install a DC Sports 1 piece ceramic header?

no, you shouldn't have to remove that radiator to put those in!

I would remove it since the room you have to work with is minimal enough with a stock radiator. If you don't remove the radiator, you will probably have to unbolt the slave cylinder and move it out of the way to squeeze the header up there.

I would remove the radiator give yourself as much room as you can. You don’t want a scratched up header.

What if I tape an old towel over the radiator to not scratch the header?

If you need to keep the radiator in I would at least remove the fans. And be sure to put the header in from the bottom.
