My buddy civic has an power door lock issue. The power door locks work fine when the car is running and when the key is in the on position. Once it’s in the off position the power door lock doesn’t work anymore. Seems like there is no power coming to it, how I go on testing it or how to I fix it. I check the power door lock fuse and it is fine. The car is 01 civic lx. Your help is greatly appreciated.
