Hey guys I got one little question to ask to see if anyone knows the answer. I looked and looked and can't find the answer to my question. I have a 2000 gsr that got wrecked. I bought a 99 ls shell that had an obd1 gsr motor in it before I bought it, but it was taken out and sold. I have the whole engine wiring harness for the 2000 gsr motor. If I use this harness and plug it into the ls chassis harness next to the battery and use my aem ems will everything work? The guy I bought it from said just to plug in the engine harness to the chassis harness and plug in your ecu. He told me thats what he did with an obd2-obd1 conversion harness using the ls chassis harness and the obd1 gsr engine harness and it worked fine. Is he right?
