Im having problems with only the driver side window will go down and the sunroof will open, also, the hazard lights and signal lights do not work.
The car is a 1991 legend

 

Have you checked the fuses?

 

If you mean that your master window switch will only work on the drivers door then there is a good possibility that the on/off switch is broken and not connecting to allow the others to work. Some people have crammed foil in there to make the connection so that the other windows will work. The hazards and turn signals, first check is the fuses as stated by bob01721.
