1993 Civic VX Rolling Shell– Car was professionally painted two years ago by Ciancio’s Auto Body in Poughkeepsie, NY. It was only driven 150 miles on the street and has been sitting or transported by trailer anywhere else. The paint job and body work cost around $5,000 total. When it was painted both rear quarter panels were replaced with new oem ones straight from Honda. It was the entire panel, not just a patch job. The color is Zenith Gold with extra flake and pearl, up close it is a very diverse paint color. The finish on the paint looks as if it were oem. The door jams, interior, and engine bay are painted as well. No shortcuts were taken in this paint job at all.
The chassis has a Ken’s Kustom Chassis 10 point cage. It was NHRA certified by Kens and is ready to go. The cage install was nearly $2,000. Ken’s Kustom is one of the best chassis shops in the Northeast, many people can vouch for this.
It is being sold as a rolling shell with many aftermarket parts installed. Most parts are like new with only 150 miles on them. I am parting out as much as possible and then selling the shell with what is remaining when I get the right offer. This is a top notch car, so I do not plan on letting it go for cheap. If I don’t get what is reasonable I will keep it, because it is a car that deserves to stand out.
Definitely coming with the shell because I do not have the stock parts to put back on are the 10pt cage ($2000), Tanabe Sustec Drag Full Coilovers ($1600), Carbon Fiber Fenders ($300), Carbon Fiber Rear Hatch ($300), painted Spoon style mirrors ($100), red/clear tails ($100), Sumped Fuel tank with Aeromotive A1000 Fuel system with all braided hoses and fittings ($500).
It does not come with an exhaust, has an oem hbp hood, rolling on 17" konig wheels with bad tires, missing a few random molding pieces that were damaged when removed for paint, there is a chip in the clear coat on the rear bumper, and a slight ding in one of the doors that can be popped, no paint damage. Anyone serious please come see it in person.
There are $3,000 worth of aftermarket parts on it, the cage was $2,000, and the paint job and body work were $5,000. I am not overinflating prices here either...
Shell with everything listed above - $4,500. Which I consider a really good deal because I just want to get it sold. Please do not lowball with bullshit offers, no trades either, just need cash.
Email cgunsch@gmail.com or catch me on aol @ 'paintballs' for fastest response. I am available on weekends for anyone to come see the car.
I ask anyone serious to come see it in person, pictures do not do the paintjob justice at all! I dont have any pictures of how it sits now with the parts removed, but you get the idea from what I am saying it comes with. Most parts have been sold off of it, but check here for my list of parts: Honda-Tech.com: For Sale: PARTING OUT SICK EG HATCH - built turbo caged painted shell - everything!!!

Stickers were on the car when I bought it, they have since been removed, there is no vinyl on the car at all... took a couple hours of scrapping and goo b gone lol.
but Adam put the motor in and turbo kit. I have no complaints about the quality of work that was done on the car. usually the people that complain about vos are those ricers that dont know what the hell they are talking about to begin with.
I never had any work done on my personal cars but Adam is a cool guy and would always hook me up with the dyno with my old car.
