75,000 on odometer, but last month their was flash flooding and i got water in my engine. My insurance company progressive went ahead and replaced the engine, water pump, alternator. The engine is said to have 45k on the motor. I have receipt from goodson acura for everything. Also the tires are new with 60k mile warranty on it from discount tire. They spent 6500 on a new type r motor with 1 year parts and labor. I went ahead and replaced the clutch through the dealership which came out to 550. I have reciept for that also. Car also has new distributor and got the 70k 500 dollar tune up at dealership. total on receipt they spent 10k to fix everything.

This new engine is way healthier than my old engine. I dont even want to sell it, but my parents dont know the value in this thing! I have H&R race springs installed with koni yellow adjustables in the rear. Front has tokico Hp shocks. Its FAST and handles like a dream! Original 5 lug suspension with the stock rims.

Also i have HID system with 10000k bulbs, but on one side the ballast went out in the flood. the other side works perfect. I am currently driving around at night with high beeams only Tint is also included.

I have a system wired through it that i can sell with or without.

so..... did the flooding cause the title to become salvage? (total loss?)
what's the extent of flood damage BEFORE REPAIRS? interior get flooded?

 

no its not flood damage or anything.. you can car fax report it.. ill get vin number. the interior didnt either i really had a cold air intake on it lol... n u know what happen.. I just took off the cold air and put oem intake back on before sending off for repair. The record is clean cause i went to carmax and they didnt mention anything.. they offered me 10k
