Hi guys. I own a 99 TL. Here's my problem. Everytime I start the car, the maintainence light blinks for about 30 seconds and then disappears. I changed the engine oil about 4000km's ago. The guy at the dealership said to ignore it. Is there anything I should get checked?

Also, I bought this car used at around 157km. It's now at 168km. Are there any things I should replace or check for? I can't get a hold of the previous owners service history.

when was the last time the tranny oil has been changed? , if it is a auto has the tranny filter been changed? did the blinking CEL light just start, i wouldnt see much of a problem if it stops, maybe its just something till the car warms up, i wouldnt see too much of a problem maybe just some OBD2 emission code that it finds till the engine runs for a bit then stops.
