Default Oil Squirters

i took my block to the machine shop yesterday for sleeving. I noticed the other day that the oil squirters at the bottom of the sleeve are broken off. i have one left, and the other 3 have disappeared. im assuming they were broken off during the machine work the first time i had work done to my block, and i just never noticed them because they were not in the oil pan, and they've never come out during an oil change. so im assuming ive been driving around without them, for 10k miles. My question is: do i really need them for a high boost application? i have high silicon forged pistons which are already coated, and i read somewhere that you really dont need the squirters with coated pistons. i have eagle rods as well, but i dont know if that will interfere with the clearance on the squirters if i were to replace them...input pleeeease

Forged pistons don't require oil squirters. Plug up the holes and get some oil pressure back.
