I've been able to warm up to every Impreza design to date, but I don't know about this one. :ugh:

WTH is going on at Subaru.

Looks like a Mazda 3 5door body, with Mitsu freelander rear end, and Kia front end.

I can get over the Mazda3 exterior, but that is one ugly interior. Massive step backwards from the GM/Saab-designed one in the current Impreza.

God that grill is hideous. Subaru has failed in each of their last 4 front-ends on the Impreza, yet Saab managed to make the 9-2x look pretty good on their first try. Do Subaru designers just have different tastes than the rest of the world?
