It's red, but needs paint (faded bumpers, hood- plastic coming off the doors)

Here's what I know is wrong:
There is a switch in the engine that makes the thing hard to start on hot days, hard to put into park on cold days.
Hatchback, seal leaks.
AC is broken
antenna has been removed (it's in the trunk. one too many car washes)
left front brake caliper needs replacing. Doesn't retract fully on it's own. Not a hard fix. I usually replaced the discs before they wear down.
Needs new rear engine mount.
250,000 miles (give or take) engine rebuilt at 150,000.
Runs great if it's 75 degrees outside.
