Default Jdm GSR AUTOMATIC REDLINE?

I Just Bought A Gsr Swap Came With Auto Tranny And Jdm B18c Engine And The Ecu. Ima Use My Ls Tranny But Since The Gsr Has A Automatic Ecu . Will My Redline Still Be 8400 Like The Gsr Is Or Is The Auto Redline Less. Sorry If I Worded It Wrong.

The engine redline is dictated by the ECU, not the transmission.
So you will not be limited to the 6500± rpm redline of your stock motor.

Moved to Engine Swaps.

yes ls and gsr gear ratios if that is what you are asking about.. ls has really long gears.. and i wuld not use a automatic ecu with a stick, i dont think that will be good never heard of anybody doing it, just buy a gsr ecu.. so what have we learned, i think you suld get a b16 transmission, and a gsr ecu, or type r ecu to give you your full potential of the motor

I think not... for the type R ecu with his GSR engine could actually cause him to lose power... I wasn't talking about the LS and GSR 5 speeds I was talking about the JDM GSR auto and the USDM LS auto and if there is a difference... Try to lose the condescending tone until you too are free of noobdom...
