There is absolutely no reason to create a new thread just for a clutch recommendation. Merged. :a:

Secondly, please consult the Integra FAQ and use our search engine.

the absolute best header is one custom made for your exact engine setup from a well known fabricator like hytech, smsp, or rmf. these will run you $1000+. does that answer your question?

ok here are my thoughts. i think the TODA and Spoon Sports headers are 2 of the best you can get, also dont forget the JDM 4-1 header. for my set up i will get the Spoon or Mugen header and pair it with the Spoon Clutch disk/flywheel package, this to me would be a great set up. the best, maybe.

What's your budget? Powerband goals? Generally the more you spend on a header, the more engineering there is behind it, especially in the case of custom headers like those mentioned above. If you want a decently priced header that makes power at the very top of the rpm band, go with the DC Sports JDM 4-1, just get a 2.5" cat and exhaust to go with it. If you want a decently priced header that makes more midrange power, go with the Comptech 4-2-1, which you can still mate with a stock cat and exhaust. Be sure to check out that Team Integra link, because there is a lot of very useful information there on how they work and how to choose one. Hope that helps.

toda is alright. i just dont really like it on a 1.8L as it was designed on a b16b. not to say it wont make good numbers on your gsr. spoon, well as with everything spoon, there's way better for the money.

and another thing, rage/hytech production is hands down the best OTS header imo.
