Default Need Help with Clutch Adjustment!!!!

I just installed a new clutch in a 92 Acura Integra RS. New pressure plate, clutch plate, throw out bearing. Question: When adjusting the cable (not hydraulic) is the throw out bearing pressed against the pressure plate at all times? I figured with the pressure plate continually spinning, the bearing would wear out quickly. Any info for me!?!?!?!?!

There's a cable adjustment on the transmission where the cable attaches to the tranny. From my recollection, it's backwards in adjustment. Left will tighten it, right will loosen it. Test it out though.

I've tried it and it worked. However, my concern is the throwout bearing. Does it rest against the pressure plate at all times? Thanx again!
