Default how to diable the alarm system

I have an accord 2000 which is always honking in the mid of night recently. Dont have enough money to repair it at dealership. Is there any easy way to disable the alarm system untill I get enough money to fix it?

A short-cut fix would be to pull the fuse to your horn h:

Where is the fuse for the horn?
under the steering?
Is there any side effect for this?

you have to ground the blue wire this will stop the factory alarm from arming

HONDA, ACCORD, 2000, Disarm No Unlock
On the EX the wire is located at the drivers power window switch, on the LX the wire is at the keyless/security unit which is attached to the drivers underdash panel.
