Selling 2003 MDX with 28K miles for $27500

I purchased a LoJack Theft Deterrent Device and a Honda Care Package for an additional 48k miles or 4 years on top of the 25k miles that the car had when I purchased it.
This silver 2003 Acura MDX offers a V6 3.5 Liter engine 4WD and 240 hp. In addition to the standard amenities, this SUV has a DVD system, Alpine 6-disc changer, roof rack, running boards, tinted windows and alloy wheels. The standard amenities include standard air conditioning, rear air, power steering, power windows, power door locks, tilt wheel, cruise control, AM/FM control, cassette, dual front air bags, front side air bags, leather seats, power seat, moon roof.
There are dings on the bumpers due to parallel parking, which have been touched up with factory paint.
I bought this SUV two months ago and the front brakes were replaced before my purchase. The front tires have 80% tread left and the rear tires have 50%.
