The manual says 4.4 Qts with filter. Just did a change on my sons car and it took almost 5 qts. Anyone else notice this? Checked on level garage floor.

Oh, and the location of that oil filter is a real MF'er! Oil goes all over the transaxle and frame.

 

In other forums, others have filled up with 5 qts. I think some is also taken up by the oil filter.

When removing the oil filter, try putting a ziploc bag over the filter, so when you remove it hopefully it will drain into the bag.
