So I am doing some Craigslist shopping
on the prowl for kayaks still (last deal fel through
)
Anyways I find people are kinda dumb about their ads. This guy has a Yak for sale for $750 with no accessories and used but "good condition with minor scratches" and for details on the boat he provides a link to REI where he bought it....
Where it sells for new at $700 :lmfao:

people looking at ads on craigslist are also dumb (not that you are...). i sold a bunch of furniture earlier this year from my old house. for each listing, i included a good description, age, any damage, reason for selling, dimensions, and pictures. i even formatted everything nicely to make it easier to read. but about 80% of the time, people would e-mail or call asking for the exact information i included in the ad.

Yeah I've gotten a lot of e-mails that will only say:
"hey how much for da rimz?"
or
"hi will the rims fit a honda civic, 4 lug. and how good are the tires on it"
when the text of my ad says "$200 obo - Will fit all year Acura Integras (Except type R), most model year civics (any that are 4x100), and any other car with the right bolt pattern. Requires special narrow-gauge lug nuts, not included. Tires are shot - one is blown, two are worn down, and one has good tread left."
Read, DAMMIT!
