people do that here too and at my last job. i dont really see any harm in it. it's not like it's a conflict of interest of the workplace

another coworker was doing it before my wife, she stopped because of lack of time. anyway, even before i gave a shit about it i didn't see it as an issue. i could if she were working in a department store or something that sold skin care & makeup.

I can't stand it when coworkers sell their kids' girl scout cookies at work. Besides the annoyance and guilt factor for not buying any, what kind of values does that teach them if their parents do all the work for them?
