Yeah. We have to get better at replacing the water that we lose during this heat wave. Remember guys, we lose water that we can't see, and not just from visible sweat. We need to replace more often. Also, increasing protein in the morning can help us think better as well.
I can agree and yet disagree....i drink alot of water when im at work...but i dont drink any water when i get home...and i think that's where the problem lies
