Default how many times have you....

driven someone else's car which happens to be an automatic, and they leave the parking brake on, and suffering from a brain fart you forget to release it?

i was driving my brother's 03 corolla today taking my mom to the dentist. for some reason he always leaves the parking brake on and i always forget to release it. i only use it for manual cars. our driveway is inclined but not a whole lot. we get on the freeway and i feel the car doesnt have as much get up and go as usual (not like it had a whole lot anyway h: ). we get to the dentist office about 10 miles away, i shut the car off and get out and smell a terrible rotten egg smell coming from the back wheels. my mom was like "did you forget to take the parking brake off?" i look back in the car and the brake handle was half way up. :blondemoment:

I tend to do that when their e-brake is a pedal/latch.

More often I find myself pressing on their "engine start" button that doesn't exist on the left side. h:
