I took out my passanger seat of my RSX to race and put it back in and the SRS light is on now. The seat has side air bags and I connected all the connections correctly, so what do I do to get the light to turn off?

 

You will have to take it to the dealer. The side airbag has sensed this seat being out and has to be reset with the PGM Tester. The seat wieghs almost nothing why on earth would you remove it?

 

umm, neither is true, if you go on over to clubrsx, theres a thing on how to do it, that or look it up in your helm, if you own an rsx, and have modded, you should have one

secondly, the passenger seat weighs 46 lbs. :thumbup:

 

yeah mine came on a couple of weeks ago. i ordered the 3 dollor part which is basically a jumper wire and followed the procedure. its really a waste of time to bring it to the dealer. plus who knows what really goes on in those places when they have your car. i opt for all diy unless its something i have no clue how to fix.
