Default this is the WORST shop ever

phuck this shop, www.Tornactive.com
don't buy any stuffs from this guy called Rob. this is what happened. I ordered greddy sp catback by credit card from this guy in the middle of May...a few weeks later, i got it, but it was a damaged Evo..so i sent it back and he said he would ship out the sp right away....few days later got his email notice for sp being on backorder. ok i would wait. June, July, Augest....up until now I have not get anything. he promised to issue a refund in the beginning of Sep but he has not mailed it or just giving me some BS excuses. I will give him a very last notice tomorrow, if he can't provide me a tracking number for the check he supposed to send out, im going to take some legal action. just a head up for you guys. beware of this guy

before the crash there was a big thing about him selling some wings that weren't legit.. he runs www.civichatchback.com too.. good looking out dood, i was browsing his webstore a few hours ago...

one more thing about my story i forgot to tell..a few days ago, he said the check was sent out..so a tracking number was upon request. so i got the number from him and entered them on USPS web site... this was what came out

Your item was delivered at 1:34 pm on September 21, 2002 in CINCINNATI, OH 45239.

i was like what....did he go to Ohio to mail it since he was from Ca....so i called him to confirm this....then he told me...the mail must got lost in the system..blah blah blah... i mean phuck him...this is not an honest person to deal with and certainly his store is not legit either.

originally i was going to disregard this thread and our issue, but since you called this thread BS, i might want to defend it and myself. first off, how is this being BS? everything i've said and posted here are legit. You are the one who is not honest to your customers, so not to mention your customer support, worst I've ever seen. I don't think you want me to post the emails you replied me in the past few months, do you? First, you said that you had 3 Greddy Sp's in stock so I paid with my CC right away. then weeks later what i received was a damaged Evo. When I told you, you sent me the Evo, you said SP has been on back order for a while. How could you send a damaged item to the customer and asked him to pay for something you don't even have in stock?? Is this how you run the business? You did not even give me a full refund. I paid $520 US plus duty, taxes and custom. The amount you refund me was only $505 US. Is this a legit store, you tell me.
